  • I primarily support grassroots and early- to mid-stage 501(c)(3) nonprofits with annual operating budgets of $500,000 or less for fundraising efforts, but I also consult with established organizations with annual operating budgets of $1 million dollars and over that are facing internal challenges. I’ve worked across sectors like food insecurity, housing, education, disaster relief, seniors, health and nutrition, and health equity.

  • Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired goals. I offer hourly, project based, and retainer pricing for flexible options. My hourly rate is $80 an hour and project based or retainers vary by project and scope.

    Note: I do not take a percentage of grant awards. I will always require your approval before we begin a contract.

  • No ethical grant writer or consultant can guarantee funding—there are too many variables outside anyone’s control, including who else is applying and how much funding they can award before they run out.

    What I can guarantee is that your proposal will be thoughtfully crafted, mission-aligned, and funder-ready. I focus on strategy, clarity, and positioning so that you're not just applying—you’re applying with intention to the right funders at the right time.

    My job isn’t just to write a grant, LOI, or RFP; it’s to increase your chances of long-term funding success and give you the highest chance of being awarded.

My services also include funder research profiles, program logic model and theory of change development, and grant readiness audits to ensure you're applying with clarity and intention. I also create core materials like pitch decks, impact reports, and one-pagers, and offer general consulting calls for nonprofits who need thought partnership, strategic advice, or help tackling specific challenges. Custom projects are welcome depending on your needs and my expertise—I’m here to provide high-quality support that’s both aligned and actionable.
